Mark Austin

Since completing an MBA at Edinburgh University in 1997 Mark has worked in financial services sales, starting as an Equitable Life sales representative in Central London. 

From there he gained considerable experience as a sales trainer and coach with Bank of Scotland Wealth Management, being instrumental in the training and launch of the Bank of Scotland Investment Service (BOSIS) sales force in 2001 and running subsequent new entrant intakes. 

Mark spent two years as BOSIS Area Sales Manager for the east and south midlands areas, before becoming a training consultant concentrating on sales skills, supervision, coaching and management.
