| Tracy McCauslandFollowing an initial grounding in HR in a busy hotel group, Tracy went on to work as a management and personal development training consultant for several years, during which time she grew her business development capabilities and gained valuable experience in design and delivery of client-focused training and development solutions.Following this, Tracy worked for a major international telecommunications company for five years, where she held responsibility for the regional HRD functions for Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland, managing a team of up to fifteen internal consultants and taking responsibility for developing the support function into an internal consultancy. Tracy was also involved in a number of internal change projects, including organisational dynamics, cultural change programmes and performance infrastructure. Since joining us Tracy has worked on a number of projects for client organisations, and has become increasingly focused on the area of senior management development, personal development, executive coaching and performance management systems. | |||||||||||||||||
